HMD Global has announced the launch of Nokia 4.2 in India. The phone was originally announced at Mobile World Congress in February this year. Nokia 4.2 is priced at Rs. 10990.
The phone has 2.5D glass on both front and back for a premium look. It has fingerprint sensor on the back. The phone also has waterdrop-style notch on the top but it has surprisingly big bezels on the top and bottom. It also has dedicated Google Assistant button.
Nokia 4.2 features a 5.71-inch HD+ FullView 2.5D curved glass display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 439 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. The phone Jas 3GB RAM and 32 GB off storage with an option to expand storage up to 400 GB.
It has dual camera on the back that includes 13 megapixels primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and secondary 2 megapixels camera. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and micro USB. The phone also packs 3000 mAh battery.
It measures 148.95 x 71.30 x 8.39mm and weighs 161g. The phone comes in Black and Pink Sand colors.
The phone will be available exclusively on Nokia.com/phones for a 7-day period starting today. After that, it will be available from select retail outlets and partners like Croma, Reliance, Sangeetha, Poorvika, Big C and MyG starting May 14th. Starting from 21st May, the phone will be available from top mobile retail outlets.
