Asus ZenBook Pro Duo with ScreenPad Plus Secondary Display Announced

Asus has announced new laptops that comes with two 4K touch screens. These new laptops are ZenBook Pro Duo and ZenBook Duo.

In ZenBook Pro Duo, there’s one primary 15-inch 16:9 OLED panel along with a 14-inch full-width secondary touchscreen 32:9 IPS display.

The primary display has NanoEdge OLED touchscreen that claims to deliver delivers ultra-vivid colors and deep blacks. It supports wide color gamut with 100% DCI-P3 coverage and HDR.

The secondary display is located just above the keyboard and is of the same width as the keyboard. Asus has also built software for using ScreenPad Plus in a better way. You can use it as a full monitor, or even two if you want to split it. It can also be used as an extension of the main screen.

It packs up to 9th Gen Intel Core i9 processor with up to 32GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU. The laptop also comes with ultrafast storage provided by up to a 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD.

Asus has included a full-sized keyboard with a function row. The Trackpad is located at the right side of the keyboard.

The laptop also has Amazon Alexa voice support. Asus has also added a dedicated light bar at the front that illuminates to indicate Alexa is listening.

It has 3 USB Type-C ports, a Thunderbolt and latest Intel Wi-Fi 6 with Gig+.

ZenBook Duo is smaller, so it has 14-inch Full HD display blog with 12.6-inch secondary full HD display. It packs 9th gen Intel Core i7 with up to 16GB RAM, 1TB PCIe® x4 SSD storage, NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics card, and 70Wh 4-cell lithium-polymer battery.

These laptops also include Harman Kardon-certified audio system.

Asus has not announced pricing or availability details. These laptops are expected to be available starting Q3 this year.
