Samsung has launched its new smartphone Samsung Galaxy A70 in the Indian market. The phone is priced at Rs. 28990 and will be up for pre-book between April 20 and April 30. The phone will be available at all retail stores, Samsung e-Shop and Samsung Opera House as well as Flipkart starting May 1.

The phone was announced last month without giving many details of pricing and availability.

Samsung Galaxy A70 features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. It is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 675 processor with Adreno 612 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage with an option to expand storage up to 512GB. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with Samsung UI.

It comes with a triple camera setup having 32 megapixels primary f/1.7 camera, 8 megapixels Ultra-wide camera and 5 megapixels depth camera. It also has 32 megapixels front camera. It also features Samsung’s intelligent Scene Optimizer which analyses a scene across 20 modes and adjust camera setting accordingly yo offer good image quality.

The phone also comes with Samsung Pay for payments and Knox for military grade security. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Galaxy A70 comes with Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It packs 4500 mAh battery with 25W Super-Fast Charging.

It comes in White, Blue and Black colors. Dimensions measure 164.2×76.7×7.9mm and it weighs 183g.

Samsung has also announced a few pre-booking offers. Consumers who pre-book will also get Samsung U Flex Bluetooth headset worth Rs. 3,799 for Rs. 999.
