Lenovo has officially launched its latest smartphone Lenovo Z6 Pro in China. This new phone is the successor of Lenovo Z5 Pro that was launched with a slider design. This time the company decided to use a notch in place of the slider.

Lenovo Z6 Pro features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with ultra narrow bezels. The display supports DC dimming and HDR 10. It has a water drop notch for the front camera.

It is powered by flagship chip Snapdragon 855 with Adreno 640 GPU. The company has used a PC-grade Coldfront liquid cooling system for better heat dissipation. It comes in three models that include 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8 GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage.

The phone has in-display fingerprint sensor with larger recognition area. Lenovo claims that the fingerprint scanning area can also detect wet fingers. The phone also supports Face Unlock.

The phone has quad camera setup that includes a 48 megapixels camera with f/1.8 aperture, 16 megapixels 125-degree ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, 8 megapixels telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture and 2 megapixels super video camera with f/1.8 aperture. There is also a ToF camera. The phone comes with 32 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Lenovo Z6 Pro comes with Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS (L1 + L5 dual band) + GLONASS, and USB Type-C connectivity. It packs 4000 mAh battery with 27W fast charging.

It comes in Black and Blue colors. Dimensions measure 157.5×74.6×8.65mm and it weighs 185g.

The phone will go on sale in China from April 29th.
