Amazon Echo Link and Echo Link Amp launched in India starting at Rs.19999

Amazon has announced the launch of two new Echo companion devices Echo Link and Echo Link Amp in India. Echo Link costs s. 19999 and Echo Link Amp is priced at Rs. 29999. These devices handle music playback through the speakers or stereo system directly connected to the device. So you can bring Alexa integration to your existing stereo system and stream music from your favourite services like Prime Music, Saavn, Gaana, and Hungama.

Echo Link connects to a receiver, an amplifier or directly to powered speakers using analog, optical, or coaxial output jacks. It also has a subwoofer line-output with adjustable crossover frequency.

Echo Link Amp comes with a built-in amplifier and connects directly to passive speakers. It is basically Echo Link with a built-in 60W per channel stereo amplifier,

Both Both Echo Link and Echo Link Amp have an Ethernet port for reliable connectivity.

You can also create speaker groups throughout your home and stream hi-fi music. Once you set up Echo Link or Echo Link Amp as preferred speaker in a speaker group, you can ask Alexa to play music or turn the volume up.

Both the products are now available for pre-order. Echo Link will begin shipping to customers from next week while Echo Link Amp will be available early next month.
