Xiaomi has announced a price cut for its Mi LED TV 4 Pro 55-inch in India. It was originally launched at Rs. 49,999 but now it is available at Rs. 47,999.

This price cut comes soon after Samsung launched a new range of 4K UHD Smart TVs in India starting at 41,990. Xiaomi’s price cut can be seen as a step to be in competition against Samsung.

If you compare it with Samsung’s 4K model, Samsung’s TV comes with HDR support but lacks Google Assistant. M Mi LED TV 4 Pro comes with both HDR support and Google Assistant.

Xiaomi launched Mi LED TV 4 Pro in India back in September 2018. It comes with a 55-inch 4K HDR frameless display with the thickness of just 4.9mm. It packs AmLogic 64-bit quad-core processor with 7th-gen imaging technology and Mali-450 graphics. It also has 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of inbuilt storage.

This 4K TV comes with 20W stereo speakers with DTS-HD, Bluetooth 4.2, single-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz), and Ethernet. There are three HDMI ports, 2 USB port, and a S/PDIF port.

Xiaomi’s Mi LED TV 4 Pro run on Android TV platform, has built-in Chromecast support and comes with Google Play Store for downloading different apps.
