Today, DxOMark has published the camera review of Samsung Galaxy S10+ and gave it a score of 109. With this score, the phone joins Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei P20 Pro to be at the top of the list.
Now, we have three smartphones at the number 1 spot. Galaxy S10+ found to capture excellent color and exposure in bright light. It has a triple camera setup that helps it capture enough details. The dynamic range is also quite wide and autofocus system helps in capturing sharp images.
The camera of the phone also performs well in giving a bokeh effect. It does good job in isolation of the foreground subject along with a blur gradient.
If we go into the details of rear camera score, Huawei P20 Pro is still better in videos.
While rear camera score of Galaxy S10 Plus is same as of Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei P20 Pro, it has much better selfie score. With 96 selfie score, Galaxy S10+ is the best selfie camera phone on DxOMark list. The phone captures good skin tones, white balance, and colour.
DxOMark also praised the video capabilities of front camera setup as it offers accurate target exposure, good colour rendering and skin tones. It also has good image stabilisation.
With sore of 109, Samsung Galaxy S10+ becomes the best camera phone from Samsung and we already knew it would be.
