Redmi Go With Android Oreo Go launched in Philippines

Redmi has introduced an Android Go smartphone Redmi Go in the Philippines. The phone costs PHP 3,990 that is roughly Rs. 5,433 in Indian currency. The phone is listed in Black and Blue colors and will go on sale on February 5.

Redmi Go is a budget phone that has the old design having visible chins at the top and bottom of the display. Being an Android Go phone, this phone comes with basic specifications.

Redmi Go features a 5-inch HD display. It packs quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB of storage. Storage is also expandable up to 128GB. It is a dual SIM phone with dedicated microSD card slot

The phone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo Go Edition). The phone has an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED Flash. It also has a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and micro USB. It packs 3000 mAh battery.

Redmi Go is also expected to come to India along with Redmi Note 7. So we can expect the launch of Redmi Go in India anytime in February.
