HMD Global has just announced a budget phone Nokia 1 Plus at MWC 2019. It is the successor of Nokia 1 that was announced at MWC last year. The phone comes with the company’s latest Android Pie Go Edition.

Nokia 1 Plus comes with 5.3-inch FWVGA+ 18:9 display. It is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739W 64-bit processor with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB storage with an option to expand storage up to 128GB.

Android Pie Go is the lighter Android Pie OS that makes budget devices faster. There also Go version of popular apps for optimized experience.

The phone comes with 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixels front camera. It offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and microUSB connectivity options. It also packs 2500 mAh battery.

It comes in Black, Red, and Blue color options. It is priced at $99 and will be available from mid-March.
