Xiaomi has launched a new cross-border e-commerce platform called “ShareSave.” ShareSave enabled people, belong to outside of China, buy ecosystem products that have been only available in China. The app is now available in India with plans to expand to other markets in the future.
Xiaomi has currently incubated and partnered with more than 100 IoT and lifestyle companies. It enabled Xiaomi to offer more than 132 million connected devices (excluding smartphones and laptops). Most of these products were not previously available outside of China but users can now order and get these products with full local support such as after-sales services.
Some of the notable products available on ShareSave include Mi x Wiha Precision Screwdriver, Yeelight LED Light Bulb (Color), Soocas Sonic Electric Toothbrush X1 Lite etc. More products to be aded soon.
Mi Fans can now order products belong to Mi ecosystem. It will also help Xiaomi to know the local demand of a product of its ecosystem.
You just need to download and use your existing Mi account to sign in. There is an option called pair-up that lets you choose the pair-up option. In this, you have an opportunity to invite friends to make the purchase and get an exclusive discount. Pair up discount has been clearly mentioned on all products.
The Drop option gives 100% price drop when enough friends and family join the drop group. There is also a Kickstart section that lets you contribute $0.2 to back your favorite products and get up to 10 times the reward.
The app is now available in India and you can download it from Google Play Store. The company has confirmed that users will get quality products at honest pricing.
