Samsung has just announced its new smartphone Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) in Korea. This looks to be a version of Galaxy A8s launched in China las month.

Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass LCD display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) packs Octa Core Snapdragon 710 processor with Adreno 616 GPU and 6GB RAM. The phone comes with 128GB of storage that is further expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card.

It features a tripe camera on the back that includes 24 megapixels primary camera with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, 10 megapixels secondary telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture and 5 megapixels third depth camera with f/2.2 aperture. It also has 24 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera is located in a punch hole at top left side of the display.

The phone has fingerprint sensor located on the back. It also supports USB Type-C Audio. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80, Bluetooth v5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and NFC. It packs 3400 mAh battery with adaptive fast charging.

The phone comes in Blue, Gray and Green colors. Dimensions measure 158.4×74.9×7.4mm and it weighs 173g.

Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) is priced at 599,500 korean won that roughly translates to US$ 533 It will go on sale in Korea starting from 28th February.
