Xiaomi recently made Redmi a separate brand. Now the Redmi has launched its first phone Redmi Note 7 in China.
Redmi Note 7 features a 6.3-inch (2340 ×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass display and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It also has a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. The phone runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9.0 (Pie).
The phone is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU. The phone comes in three RAM storage models including 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 64GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB.
The phone has a dual camera on the back that has 48 megapixels primary Sony IMX586 sensor with a f/1.8 aperture and 5 megapixels secondary camera. It also features PDAF and EIS. The phone also has 13 megapixels front camera.

The phone is now available for order starting today and will go on sale from January 15. The company is also provding 18 months warranty instead of regular 12 months
