Acer today announced a powerful convertible gaming laptop Acer Predator Triton 900 at CES2019. The laptop features 4K display powerful specs and costs $4000.
The first thing you will notice on Predator Triton 900 is the design. It has a flipping screen and offers better ergonomics. It has a unique kind of hinge that is called Ezel Aero Hinge. It offers four different ways to use the laptop. It easily converts the laptop into a tablet or a 17-inch computer and display mode.
It packs hexacore 8th Gen Core i7 processors, Nvidia’s new RTX 2080 GPU, NVMe PCIe SSDs, and up to 32GB DDR4 memory. It also features a Xbox wireless receiver, so you can also use Xbox One controller if you do not want to use mouse and keyboard for gaming.
It also features audio by Waves which offers head tracking to provide you a more realistic 3D audio experience.
Gamers who want a portable and more affordable option, Acer has launched Predator Triton 500. It is just 0.70 inches thick and weighs 4.1 pounds.
It has 144Hz 1080p display with Nvidia G-Sync. It comes with 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with ip to Nvidia RTX 2080 GPU with Max-Q design. It packs NVMe PCIe SSDs, and up to 32GB of RAM.
Triton 500 starts at $1,799.99 and will be available in US later this quarter.
