Xiaomi India has just confirmed that they will launch the upcoming Redmi Note 6 Pro in India on November 22. The phone will go on sale starting November 23 exclusively from Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home stores.

Redmi Note 6 Pro

Redmi Note 6 Pro is the successor of successful Redmi Note 5 Pro. It was already announced in Thailand back in September this year. So, we already know the specifications.

Redmi Note 6 Pro features a 6.26-inch (2280×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass display. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI at the top. The phone is powered by 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm processor with Adreno 509 GPU. It has 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB storage. We can also expect a 6GB RAM variant as well.

The phone has dual camera setup on the back with 12 megapixels primary and 5 megapixels secondary sensors. It also has a dual front camera with 20 megapixels primary and 2 megapixels secondary sensors.

The phone has both a fingerprint sensor and infrared sensors. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 and GPS + GLONASS. It packs 4000 mAh battery.

Like its predecessor, the phone should start at Rs. 14999.
