Coolpad has launched an affordable smartphone Coolpad M3 in China. The company didn’t make any announcement, but the phone went on sale on Jd.com for RMB 799.

The phone features a 5.85-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. It also has a wide notch. The phone has a glass back that reflects different shades of blue/black at different angles.

Coolpad M3 is powered by 1.8GHz MediaTek MT6750 processor with 4GB RAM. It comes with 32GB of storage with an option to expand storage. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

The phone has a dual camera on the back with 13 megapixels primary sensor. Information about the secondary sensor is not known. There is also a 5 megapixels front camera with support to beauty mode.

The phone features AI face recognition. It also has a fingerprint sensor located on the back. The fingerprint sensor can also be used for launching different apps.

It comes with dual SIM support. Other connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi Bluetooth, GPS and micro USB 2.0. The phone packs 2800 mAh battery with support to 10W charging.
