Along with Lenovo K9, Lenovo also launched a budget phone Lenovo A5 in the Indian market. This phone comes in two variants and starts at Rs. 5999.

Lenovo A5 features a 5.45-inch HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display. The phone is powered by 1.5GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6739 64-bit processor with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. It comes in 2GB RAM with 16GB and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage options. Storage is also expandable up to 256Gb with dedicated microSD card slot.

The phone has a 13 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 8 megapixels front camera. It also features a face unlock and fingerprint sensor located on the back.

The phone comes wit 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS connectivity options. It also packs 4000 mAh battery.

  • 3GB RAM with 32GB : Rs. 6999

The phone comes in Black and Gold colors. It will also be available exclusively from Flipkart.

At this price, the phone will compete against Realme C1 and Redmi 6A.
