Google quietly launched Chromecast 3 soon after it launched Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Now the Chromecast 3 is available in India and is up for pre-order from Flipkart.

Google Chromecast 3 still comes with a circular design having a built-in HDMI cable. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5Ghz), but the company has Wi-Fi reception by improving the maximum antenna gain to 4dBi.

The new Chromecast 3 lets you cast the content from your mobile apps and laptops to your TV at 1080p resolution. It also lets users play music in sync with other speakers connected to Google smart devices including Chromecast Audio dongle. This feature will be available later this year,

Google Chromecast 3 comes in Charcoal color.

Flipkart has now listed the product at Rs. 3499 and is taking pre-orders. You will also get one-year Sony LIV Premium subscription and six-month Gaana Plus subscription free with purchase.
