Coolpad has just launched its new smartphone Coolpad Note 8 in the Indian market. The phone is priced at Rs. 9,999 and will be exclusively available on Paytm Mall.

The phone features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display. It runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo). It sports a Black Piano finish on the back.

The phone is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 (4 x 1.5GHz A53 + 4 x 1.0GHz A53) processor with Mali T860 GPU. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of storage with an option to expand storage up to 128GB.

The phone features a dual camera setup with 16 megapixels primary and 0.3 megapixels secondary sensor. It also has 8 megapixels camera with f/2.2 aperture.

The phone fingerprint sensor located on the back. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. It packs 4000 mAh battery.

The phone will go on sale exclusively on Paytm Mall starting today.

The phone doesn’t look impressive in front of available options at this price. At this price, the phone will compete against Zenfone Max Pro M1, Realme 2, Redmi Y2 and Redmi Note 5.
