Along with Zenfone Lite L1, Asus has also launched Asus Zenfone Max M1. Asus Zenfone Max M1 seems to be a better variant of Lite L1 and is priced at Rs. 7499. It will also be available exclusively from Flipkart.

Asus Zenfone Max M1 comes with a 5.45-inch HD+ (1440 x 720 Pixels) Display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass. It runs on Zen UI 5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The phone packs 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 Gb of storage with an option to expand storage.

Asus Zenfone Max M1

The phone has a 13 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 8 megapixels front camera with soft LED flash. The camera offers portraits shots, HDR and few other camera modes.

The phone comes with a mobile manager app that helps in managing battery, RAM, auto start apps and more.

The phone features face unlock option. It also has fingerprint sensor located on the back panel. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB, and GPS. It packs 4000 mAh battery and comes with 10W fast charger. Asus claims up to 16 hours of video playback and 41 days of standby time. The phone also supports reverse charging to charge other phones.

The phone will come with Jio Offers. In this offer, customers will get Rs. 2200 cashback and 50GB additional data. Effective price for JIo customers is Rs. 5299.

The phone will also come with Flipkart’s mobile protection plan that includes theft protection, broken screen or any other hardware issues for just Rs. 99.

At this point, the phone will compete against Redmi 6 and realms C1.
