Samsung has officially announced its latest mid-range smartphone Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018). The press photos of the phone were already leaked last week revealing the design. The most notable thing in this phone is the availability of triple camera setup.
Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) features a 6-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display and it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo. It packs 2.2GHz Octa-Core processor. The phone comes in 4 GB RAM with 64GB storage, 4 GB RAM with 128GB storage and 6 GB RAM with 128GB storage options. Internal storage is also expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card.
The phone features a triple camera setup that includes 12 megapixels primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 8 megapixels secondary sensor with 120° Ultra Wide Lens and 5 megapixels third sensor to capture depth information for portrait shots. It also has 24 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The phone has side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also supports Dolby Atmos. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80, Bluetooth v5 and GPS + GLONASS. NFC is optional. The phone packs 3300mAh battery with adaptive fast charging.
It comes in Blue, Black, Gold and Pink colors. Dimensions measure 159.8 x 76.8 x 7.5 mm and it weighs 168g.
