Vivo has just launched a new smartphone Vivo Y81 in India. The phone comes with a display notch and is priced at Rs. 12990.

Vivo Y81 features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB storage with option to expand storage up to 256GB.

It runs on FunTouch OS based on Android 8.1 Oreo. It features a 13 megapixels rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It also has 5-megapixel front camera with aperture f/2.2. The Phone also supports Face Unlock.

It has fingerprint sensor located on the back panel. It also has 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS+GLONASS, micro USB connectivity. It packs 3260 mAh battery.

At this price, it will be competing with Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Honor 9N and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Real Me 1. If you look at the competition, it weaker than rivals. But Vivo’s offline presence can help the company to get consumers.
