Intex has launched a budget phone Intex Indie 5 in India. The phone is priced at Rs. 4,999 and will be available exclusively from Flipkart.
Intex Indie 5 features a 5-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display with Dragontrail Glass protection. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone is powered by 1.25 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737V processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of storage with option to expand storage up to 128GB.

It has 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 8 megapixels front camera with front LED flash. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It packs 4000 mAh battery.
Dimensions include 146.5×72.2×10.1mm and it weighs 162 grams. It comes in Black and Champagne colors.
