Huawei has just announced its latest smartphone in Nova series. The new addition is Huawei Nova 3 and packs powerful specs. It is now available for pre-order from Vmall in China. Pricing will be announced on July 18th at the time of launch.

Huawei Nova 3 features a 6.3-ich Full HD+ 19:5:9 3D curved glass. The display also features a notch. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2 at top. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 970 processor with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU and i7 co-processor. It also has NPU and Huawei’s GPU Turbo technology.

The phone packs 6GB RAM and comes in 64GB or 128GB storage models. Internal storage is also expandable up to 256GB.

The phone has dual camera setup at back and front both side. The rear dual camera setup includes 16 megapixels primary camera with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, CAF and 24 megapixels secondary camera with f/1.8 aperture. The front camera setup includes 24 megapixels camera with f/2.0 aperture and 2 megapixels secondary camera.

It supports Face unlocking that uses infrared light. So, it works efficiently in low light as well. There is also 3D Qmoji, which is similar to Apple’s Animoji. The phone has fingerprint sensor located on the back panel.

Huawei Nova 3 colors

Phone has glass back that makes it attractive. It comes in Purple, Black, Blue and Gold colors. Dimensions include 157.0×73.7×7.3mm and it weighs 166g.

Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS and USB Type-C. It has 3750 mAh battery with support to fast charging.
