Vivo V9 with 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 660 SoC and Dual Camera launched

Vivo has just launched Vivo V9’s 6GB RAM variant in Indonesia. This new variant also gets upgraded chipset and more changes to offer better performance.

Vivo V9 6GB looks the same as the standard variant but gets Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset and 6GB RAM. It was originally launched with Snapdragon 626 and 4GB RAM.

The new variant also comes with different camera setup. It has a dual camera setup with 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. It also features 12 megapixels front camera. So, the camera depart looks to be downgraded.

Other specifications remain the same. You still get 6.3-inch edge-to-edge screen with 19:9 aspect ratio and notch. It packs 3,260 mAh battery.

The new variant is priced t IDR 4,299,000 in Indonesia. The phone is now available for pre-orders and will go on sale on July 4. You can now order it from official vivo online store or retailer JD. We have no idea if the company has plans to launch it in India.
