Nitro 5 has refreshed design where the top cover has laser texturing. The matte, crimson red hinge also contributes in the look. It also has backlit keyboard that matches the design. You get 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display offering crisp details for awesome gaming experience. It also has HD web cam located above the display.
The new Nitro 5 comes with either 6 core 8th Gen Intel Core i5, i7, i5+, i7+ processors or AMD Ryzen 5 processor. You have choice of your own high end processors. Intel models get NVIDIA GTX 1050 or 1050Ti graphics card and AMD models pack Radeon RX560 graphics.
Intel models also comes with Optane memory for faster read and write speeds. System memory is also clocked at 2666MHz. Nitro 5 also comes with new Nitro Sense control software for Cooling management.
For good audio experience, Nitro 5 features high-quality speakers with Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony technology. It runs on Windows 10. You can also broadcast games live with Mixer, directly from the Game bar by pressing the Windows key plus G.
New Nitro supports fast and reliable dual-stream 802 that claims speed of 1.73 GBPs. It also sports hyper-fast USB Type-C, HDMI 2.0, and Gigabit Ethernet as other connectivity options.
