Samsung has just launched its latest J series smartphones Samsung Galaxy J6 and Galaxy J8 in India. These phones are priced at Rs. 13990 and Rs. 18990 respectively.
Samsung Galaxy J6 features a 5.6-inch (1480 x 720 pixels) HD+ Super AMOLED 18.5: 9 Infinity 2.5D curved glass display and runs on Android 8.0 Orep. It packs 1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 14nm processor with Mali T830 GPU. The phone comes in 3GB RAM with 32GB storage or 4GB RAM with 64GB storage options. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB.
The phone has 13 megapixels Rear camera with LED flash and f/1.9 aperture. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with LED flash and f/1.9 aperture.
The phone has fingerprint sensor on the back. It offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE and GPS. There is a 3000mAh battery on the phone as well.

Samsung Galaxy J8 is bigger. It has 6-inch (1480 x 720 pixels) HD+ Super AMOLED 18.5: 9 Infinity 2.5D curved glass display. The phone packs 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. The phone comes with 4GB RAM ad 64GB of storage with option to expand storage up to 256GB.
It has 16 megapixels rear camera with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture and secondary 5 megapixels rear camera with f/1.9 aperture. It also has 16 megapixels front-facing camera with LED flash.
The phone has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, ANT+ and GPS connectivity. It also packs 3500mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy J6 will be available starting from May 22nd exclusively on Flipkart as well as Samsung Shop and Paytm Mall. At Paytm pall, consumers will also get Paytm cashback and Rs. 1500 cashback on ICICI bank cards as well as one-time screen replacement offer. Galaxy J8 will be available from June 20th.
