Huawei has announced its first Android Oreo Go smartphone Huawei Y3 (2018). The phone will go on sale in Ghana soon.
Huawei Y3 (2018) comes with 5-inch FWVGA IPS display and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) Go Edition. The phone is powered by 1.1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage. The phone has expandable storage up to 128GB.
It has 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. It also has 2 megapixels front camera.
It offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 LE and GPS connectivity. It also packs 2280 mAh battery.
This is an entry level phone with Oreo Go to offer optimised performance eve with low specs. We have no clue if the phone will also be available in other countries.
