If you are interested, you can signup on android.com/beta to be eligible to install Android P beta. Users will have to signup for Android P beta separately. Even if you did for Android O beta, you will have to do it again for P. After this, you will be eligible to receive over-the-air (OTA) update for selected devices.
Android P beta will be full of bugs, so it is advisable to take back of your important data before installing the new software.
