boAt, a known brand for audio products, has launched its new wireless sports earphone boAt Rockerz 285 in India. It is priced at Rs. 4990. While the MRP is high, the product is alraedy available for Rs. 2999 via Amazon.in.
boAt Rockerz 285 claims to offer HD sound with deep, boosted bass. It has frequency response of 20hz-20khz. It comes with 10 mm drivers ensuring good HD sound and claims power packed bass. It packs Qualcomm CSR 8645 chipset and supports aptX codec for offering HD streaming over bluetooth.
The earphone is IPx4 rated to offer splash resistant design and allows you to use it during workout, running or in rain. It has an in-line microphone for answering to calls. It is also compatible with both Android and iOS.
It also packs 120 mAh battery that promises up to 8 hours of battery backup and 240 hours of stand by time. It can be fully charged in just 2 hours.
