We have already talked much about Black Shark Gaming phone. Finally the phone has become official and comes with awesome specs for gamers. The phone comes with a bluetooth gaming controller for offering true gaming experience.
Dimensions measures 161.6 x 75.4 x 9.25mm and it weighs 190 grams. It looks like a regular smartphone from the front but the back is something like a sports-car. It has dedicated Shark Key at the left that allows users to access impressive gaming zone. volume buttons and power key are on the right edge.
Black Shark comes with 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 display. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo). The phone packs latest 2.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 845 64-bit 10nm Mobile processor with Adreno 630 GPU. The phone features a liquid cooling system to reduce temperature while gaming. It claims to reduce the CPU core temperature by up to eight degrees.
It comes in 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) storage and 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) internal storage models.
The phone has a dual rear camera that includes 12 megapixels sensor having f/1.75 aperture, 1.25µm pixel size, dual-tone LED flash and 20 megapixels sensors having 1.0µm pixel size and f/1.75 aperture. The front camera of the phone is of 20 megapixels having 1.0µm pixel size and f/2.2 aperture.
The phone has a dedicated image processing chip from Pixelworks offering intelligent motion compensation technology, image enhancement, dark scene detail processing, for smooth video quality when gaming. The company has also selected the ‘X-style’ antenna design to avoid any signal issues when holding the phone in landscape or vertical orientation.
The phone comes Gamepad that can be attached to the sides of the phon. It uses Bluetooth 4.0 to connect with the phone. It supports devices running Android 4.4 or later. It also packs a 150mAh battery offering up to 30 hours of usage on a single charge.
The phone has Dual Smart PA, Hi-Fi Audio and Dual Speakers. It also has a Fingerprint sensor on physical home button below the display. Black Shark is priced at 2999 yuan for 6GB RAM model and 3499 yuan for 8GB RAM model. The Gamepad will be sold separately for 179 Yuan. It will be available starting April 20th in China and pre-order starts today.
