Vivo has quietly launched its new budget phone Vivo Y53i in India. This phone comes with same specifications as in Vivo Y53 launched last year. But the new model comes with face unlock.
Vivo Y53i is priced at Rs. 7990 and is available across the country from offline retail stores.
Vivo Y53i comes with 5-inch qHD IPS display and runs on Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is powered by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GB. It has 2 GB RAM and 16GB storage with option to expand storage up to 256GB.
The phone features 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. It also has 5 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS connectivity. It packs 2500 mAh battery. The dimensions of the phone measure 144.2 × 71.4 × 7.64mm and it weighs 137g. The phone is available in Gold color option.
This phone will compete with Redmi 5, Infocus Vision 3 and Nokia 2 like smartphones.
