PVR partners Nirvana Being for offering smog-free auditorium using Green tech

India’s largest cinema exhibition company PVR has become the first one to offer clean air cinemas. The company has started installing cinema exhibition company to combat indoor air-pollution in effective manner. PVR calls it ‘Audit-Air-Ium’

PVR Directors’ Cut, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj has become the first one to get this tech by Nirvana Being. This tech maintains the Indoor Air Quality as per National Air Quality Index(AQI) standard at under 100. The company also claims that 3 hours of luxury cinema viewing experience there will add 15 minutes to one’s life.

This is really a great initiative PVR who took the air pollution seriously and went ahead to offer its customers something they could never think of.It is just start and this system will be installed across Delhi – NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad where Air Quality is really bad.

Nirvana Being is the company that not just offer products to combat Air pollution but also rises awareness about Air Pollution. The solution they are offering to PVR is cost effective doesn’t put extra burden. So, customers will see any rise in ticket prices for getting clean air during movies.

Nirvana Being has installed a filterless solution that uses electrostatic precipitation. electrostatic precipitation removes fine particles, like dust and smoke from air using the the force of an induced electrostatic charge. After initial cost, this solution doesn’t add much maintenance cost. It even reduces the electricity consumption and hence less carbon footprint and less bill.

People generally talk about outdoor air pollution, but they easily miss the fact that indoor air is also not clean. After PVR has started offering clean Air to customers, we can expect other multiplexes to offer the similar things.
