Recently, we published the list of best upcoming games for Android. In that, we also mentioned “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery”. At the time of preparing the list, there was no confirmed release date. But, now the company behind the game has confirmed that Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery will be released for Android and iOS on April 25.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is being launched by Jam City, a Los Angeles based mobile games studio, in partnership with Warner Bros. It is a free-to-play RPG game with in-app purchase options.

In the game, you will have an option to create your own character and experience life as a Hogwarts student. You can explore Hogwarts Castle, investigate ancient mysteries, learn powerful magic and knowledge from Professors Dumbledore. You can unlock new characters and location as you advance through the years of Hogwarts.

Actors from the Harry Potter Movie have been chosen for voiceover work. These include nclude Dame Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall), Michael Gambon (Professor Dumbledore), Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick), Sally Mortemore (Madam Irma Pince), Gemma Jones (Madam Pomfrey) and Zoe Wanamaker (Madam Hooch).

Android users can now pre-register for the game on Google Play.
