Vu just launched its a series of Android smartTV in India. This series comes with 43-inch (43SU128) , 49-inch (49SU131) and 55-inch (55SU134) models offering 4K UHD resolution.
VU as integrated Vu ActiVoice built into the remote for voice search. This feature makes it different from other smartTVs in the market.
It I talk about hardware specifications, it has Quad-Core Processor with Mali T860 GPU, 2.5GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It runs on Android TV based on Android 7.0 and is upgradable to Android 8.0. There are two 10 Watt speakers powered by Dolby Digital, DTS. It has 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports and a Ethernet Port.
The company has also partnered with Netflix, Hotstar and ALTBalaji to offer certified VOD apps. You can also install games and apps from Google Play Store.

These smartTVs will be available exclusively from Flipkart and Vu’s flagship stores starting March 16th.
Recently Xiaomi also launched Mi TV 4 that is also an aggressively priced smart TV based on Android. On pricing side, VU is bit costlier and lacks HDR support. But it has ActivVoice Line voice control.
