LG has just announced its new smartphone LG V30S ThinQ. It has specifications similar to LG V30 and comes in two storage variants. The 128GB variant is called V30S ThinQ and 256GB storage model is called V30S+ ThinQ.

LG V30S ThinQ features a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with 2880 x 1440 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, Adreno 540 GPU and 6GB LPDDR4x RAM.

The phone has Android 8.0 (Oreo) with LG UX 6.0+. It features a dual camera setup having 16 megapixels sensor with f/1.6-aperture, 71-degree wide-angle lens, OIS, EIS, PDAF and 13 megapixels sensor with f/1.9 aperture, 120-degree wide-angle lens. The phone also has 5 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture and 90-degree wide-angle lens.

The phone has Vision AI and Voice AI. The Vision AI uses camera that analyses subjects in the frame and recommends the optimal shooting mode for best photos. It has QLens that scans QR codes to offer information like where to buy the product online, information of person, location or building. It uses algorithms to brighten images.

The voice AI allows users to run apps and change settings through voice commands. It works along with Google Assistant and offers various functions with voice commands.

It has Fingerprint sensor Face Recognition and Voice Recognition. The phone is Water and Dust resistant and comes with IP68 and MIL-STD 810G certification. It has 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC for music lovers.

Connectivity features of the phone include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C 2.0. It has 3,300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and Wireless charging.
