Today, Lava introduced its first Android Oreo Go smartphone Lava Z50 in India. The phone comes with basic specifications and Android Oreo Go to ensure smooth performance. The company has showcased the phone t MWC 2018.

Lava Z50 comes with 4.5-inch FWVGA 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has 1.1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M with Adreno 304 GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage. Storage is also expandable up to 128GB.

The phone has 5 megapixels rear camera with LED flash. It also has 5 megapixels front camera with front LED flash. The phone has bokeh mode as well.

It offers search in 10 major Indian languages. It also allows users search for images, weather and also translate from search home screen. It also comes with few preloaded apps that are optimised for Oreo Go.

Connectivity features of the phone include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Battery information was not revealed.

The phone comes in Black and Gold colors and will be available starting mid March, 2018. The price of the phone will reconfirmed at the time of availability. The company is also offering 2-year warranty and cashback offer of Rs. 2000 from Airtel.
