Hike and Ola has joined hands to offer Ola cab booking option directly from Hike App. So, Hike users can book Ola cabs and autos across 110 cities in India and pay via Hike Wallet or in cash.

The good thing is that users have multi-modal commuting offerings. So, they can book Ola Auto, Micro, and Mini, Prime, Play or Lux. Just tap on ‘Me’ tab to access services and tap on Ola to book. You can set pickup or drop location, track the ride and see driver partner details in the Hike app.

So, you do not need to install the Ola app separately. If you use Hike for messaging, you can uninstall the Ola app and start using the Hike app. Hike occupies less than 1 MB of space on your phone and it even provides cashback offers.

Not just Ola cabs, Hike also allows you to book bus tickets from more than 3000 operators, pay bills for electricity, gas, DTH, and landline across 60 different operators.

Hike is trying its best to compete with WhatsApp. This is the reason Hike is trying to reinvent itself to be more than just a messaging app.

Recently, it introduced Total for offering payments, recharge and content access without having active Interest connection. Now this new parntership.

What do you think about Hike and Ola integration? Do you think it will be interesting?
