Asus has launched a new smartphone Zenfone Max Plus (M1) in Russia. As the name suggests, the phone joins its battery phone series Max and comes with large 4130 mAh battery.

Asus Zenfone Max Plus (M1) has a full metal build with dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots, It features 5.7-inch Full HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display. The phone has 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor with Mali-T860 GPU.

It comes in two RAM/Storage models including 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB RAM with 64GB storage models. The storage is also expandable up to 256GB. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with ZenUI 4.0

Zenfone Max Plus (M1) comes with dual camera setup with 16 megapixels and 8 megapixels sensor. The primary sensor has PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and the secondary sensor has 120-degree wide-angle lens. The phone also has 8 megapixels front camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens and f/2.0 aperture.

It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity options. It also packs 4130 mAh battery.

The phone will go on sale in Russia soon. We have no information if this phone will also be launched in other markets.
