Samsung has launched its entry-level smartphone Galaxy J2 (2017) in India. This is the successor of Galaxy J2 launched almost 2 years ago. The phone comes in Black and Gold colors. It is priced at Rs. 7390 and is now available across the country.

Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017) comes with 4.7-inch qHD Super AMOLED display with 960 x 540 Pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB storage. You can also expand the storage up to 128GB via microSD card.
The phone runs on Android but the version was not confirmed. We assume it to be Android Nougat. The phone comes with 5 megapixels rear camera and 2 megapixels front camera.
It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS connectivity options. It also packs 2000mAh battery.

Considering the price, the phone looks weak. The Super AMOLED display is the only notable feature but low resolution is disappointing. You can also check Redmi 4 or Infocus Turbo 5 smartphones that offer better value for money for the same price.
