We all know that Xiaomi will announce a new smartphone in India on Tuesday, September 5. While we were expecting Xiaomi Mi 5x, the company has not given us a hint about something else.

In the recent teaser video, Xiaomi has confirmed the introduction of new smartphone series. Xiaomi will announce a new smartphone series along with the first phone of that series. So, it will not be Xiaomi Mi 5X.

There have also been rumors about Mi A1, the first Xiaomi phone with Google under Android One. This phone is expected to come with full-screen display and Android 7.1. We already know about the presence of the dual camera.

Android One was an initiative to bring low-cost but good devices for consumers. Last year, Google confirmed that Android One is not dead and the search giant is talking to other OEMs for possible collaboration. Even after that, we didn’t see any noticeable progress.

With Xiaomi coming with Android One phone, we can expect Android One to see a boost. Xiaomi is already very popular in the country with its quality devices.

What are you expecting from this new Xiaomi Phone? Let us know your views in the comments.
