Samsung India has started sending invites for the launch of upcoming flagship device Galaxy Note 8 in India. The launch event has been scheduled on September 12, the same day when Apple will launch iPhone 8.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 is the latest flagship of Note series that went controversial last year for battery explosion.
This the first Note series phone to come with Infinity Display and dual camera. Samsung tried to make it a device that people will love to use.
Galaxy Note8 comes with 6.3-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display. It has Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 processor with Mali-G71 MP20 GPU. It comes with 6 GB RAM and different storage models. The phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

It has 12 MP + 12 MP dual camera setup. The primary camera has a wide-angle lens and f/1.7 aperture. The secondary camera has a telephoto lens, f2.4 aperture, OIS, 2x optical zoom, up to 10x digital zoom. It also has 8 MP front camera with f/1.7 aperture, wide-angle lens.
The phone has Water and dust resistant (IP68). It also resists dust and water even after you remove the s-pen. It also comes with Fingerprint Sensor, Heart Rate Sensor, Iris Sensor and several other common smartphone sensors.
It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth v 5.0, GPS with GLONASS, USB Type-C 3.1, NFC and MST connectivity. It packs 3300 mAh battery with fast charging on both wired and wireless charging.
