Google couldn’t get success with Android One initiative, but still it is actively thinking about that. Google has added one more device in Android One lineup. The new addition is Sharp X1 and it will be available in Japan only.
Sharp X1 is focuses on offering long battery life. It comes with 5.3-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 435, 3GB RAM, 32 GB storage 16.4 megapixels primary camera with LED flash and 8 megapixels secondary camera.
It has huge 3900 battery. This battery is rated to deliver 4 days of battery life. The phone has USB Type C to charge.
The Sharp X1 also supports FeliCa — a popular smart card system. It is used in Asian countries for backing and transit for paying using Android Pay. This phone is also water and dust proof.

Sharp X1 runs on Android 7.1 and Google promises security updates for two years along with major Android updates.
The phone is available from Japanese carrier Y! mobile. The phone comes in white, dark purple, and mint green color options.
