After months or rumours, Samsung has officially relaunched the Note7 in Korea under the name Galaxy Note Fan Edition. This device is made out of all the unused Note7 parts, but Samsung has made sure that it will no explode.

“The launch of ‘Galaxy Note FE’ is also meaningful in that it is an eco-friendly project that minimizes waste of resources by utilizing ‘Galaxy Note 7’ parts”, Samsung said in a press statement.

This phone has smaller 3,200mAh battery that goes through 8-Point Battery Safety Check. Samsung has assured that the new Fan Edition is completely safe.

It has the same UX as found on the Galaxy S8 and S8+. Plus. The new phone also comes with Bixby Home and Bixby Reminder. It also has new interface based on Android Nougat.

Samsung plans to sell 400,000 units of this phone in Korea. For other markets, the company will decide later.

The phone will be available in Black Onyx, Blue Coral, Gold Platinum, and Silver Titanium. The new Note device will include “Galaxy Note Fan Edition” logo on the back

Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is priced at 699,600 Won and it will be available starting July 7. Samsung will also offer a ‘Clear View’ cover case in matching color with every phone.
