Gionee has launched its new smartphone Gionee F109 in China. This is a mid-range phone priced at CNY 1299. We are not sure if this phone will be available in other countries. Now the phone is available in China starting today in Night Dark and Gold color options.

Gionee F109 comes with metal unibody design to offer a premium look in the mid-range segment. It has 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor with 3GB RAM and Mali-T720 GPU.

The phone comes with 16GB of storage with the option to expand storage up to 256GB. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Amigo 4.0.

The phone has 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash. It also has 5 megapixels front camera for video calls and selfie.

The phone offers LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 (b/g/n), Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, Micro USB connectivity. It is packed with 2,660mAh lithium-ion battery. It also includes Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, E-compass, and Gyroscope sensors.

The phone’s body measures 143 x 70 x 7.9 mm and weighs 141.9 grams.
