Samsung has just launched a new variant of its flagship phone Samsung Galaxy S8+ in India. This new variant of Galaxy S8+ comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It costs Rs. 74990.

The Galaxy S8+ with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage was launched in India for Rs. 64990.

Samsung Galaxy S8+ is the larger variant of Galaxy S8. It comes with 6.2-inch Quad HD+ Infinity screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The back also got Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 processor with Mali-G71 MP20 GPU.

It has a fingerprint scanner, Iris scanner, and heart rate monitor. Other sensors including Accelerometer, Barometer, Gyro Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, Hall Sensor, RGB Light Sensor, and Pressure Sensor. The phone has an IP68 rating to make it Water and dust resistant.

The phone has 12 megapixels Dual Pixel rear camera with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, 1/2.55” sensor size, OIS and 1.4µm pixel size. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with f/1.7 aperture, 1/3.6” sensor size, 1.22µm pixel size and 80-degree wide-angle lens

It comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth v 5.0, GPS with GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC and MST connectivity. It is packed with 3500 mAh battery with support to fast charging both on wired and wireless charging.
