Microsoft Garage has released another mobile app for Android smartphones. This app is called Face Swap. I am sure you can already guess what the app can do.

The app is now available for Android devices in U.S., Australia, and Canada and there are already plans to launch it in India and release a version for iOS devices.

Microsoft Face Swap allows users to swap their face with any other photo. You just need to capture selfie, use the image search to find the photo to put your Face, use some photo editing and then you are done. You can use keywords to find an image where you replace your face. You can also use an image from your camera roll. It automatically matches skin tones, lighting conditions, head turns, and tilts to make a photo better after face swapping.

You can also swap out multiple pics in a group photo, too.

There are several other apps with the same feature are available in Play Store. But this app has an advantage of Microsoft’s face recognition system and AI. If you have been using any app for face swapping, you should also try this.

Face Swapping is nothing new. Facebook acquired Msqrd and Apple grabbed Faceshift. There are few other acquisitions that aimed the face recognition and neural network processing for similar things.

The app is free and there is no in-app purchase or ads. We are not sure when the iOS version will come but it should come soon. You should try this app and see how it works.
