If you want to contact and talk to the person responsible for a service, you can directly make a voice call or video call. So, you also do not need to remember any number.
This device has an 8-inch capacitive touch display with 1280 X 800 pixels resolution. It has 16GB storage, Wifi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet. It has a Hinged stand for smooth multi-angle positioning. it can be wall mounted or used with desk stand.
The company also offers Avaya™ BreezeTM Client SDK for clients who wish to use this device. Clients can use the SDK to integrate their IOT devices and services with Avaya Vantage.
The company says that the device aims to server healthcare, hospitality, government, retail, entertainment, more sectors. The available SDK allows clients to use it as per their industry need.
