Huawei has silently launched a budget phone in Y series for the European market. The new phone is Huawei Y7 that was introduced as Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus in China.

Huawei Y7 comes with 5.5-inch HD display and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1. It has 1.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 processor with Adreno 505 GPU and 2GB RAM.

It comes with 16GB of internal storage with the option to expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card. The phone has 12 megapixels rear camera with LED flash, PDAF, and 1.25 μm pixel sensor. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with face recognition technology and beauty mode.

The phone also has a fingerprint sensor at the back panel. It has a metal body, but a plastic frame. Dimensions of the phone measure 153.6 x 76.4 x 8.35mm and Weight is 165g. It comes in Grey, Prestige Gold and Silver colors.

Huawei Y7 comes with 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE and GPS / GLONASS connectivity options. It has 4000 mAh battery that claims to offer 20 hours of video playback or up to 15 hours of internet browsing.
