Google has just launched a new app ‘Areo’ in India. This app allows users to order good and home services direct from their smartphones.
The app combines multiple services into a single app. You can order food and book multiple home services including beauty, home maintenance, chores & cleaning, repairs, fitness and more.
For food ordering, you can search by dish, restaurant and add veg or non-veg filters to find and order good faster. For other services, you can schedule all your deliveries and services.
You can pay by card, net banking or cash on delivery.
There are many other services listed in Areo but those are not yet live. These include web design, legal assistance, cooking, driver and more. It shows that Google has plans to cover most of the things you use in your daily life.

As of now, the service is only available in Bangalore and Mumbai. If it gets a good response, it will soon be extended to more cities.
The app is now available for Android and you can download it from Play Store.
We have multiple startups offering dedicated services for food, fitness, repairs and others. Google has combined all those into a single app to make your search easier. It will also reduce the number of apps you have on your phone.
