Popular music streaming app Gaana has received Android Auto support. So, users with Android Auto compatible cards can directly stream music on cars via phones.

After pushing this update, Gaana claims to be the first Indian music streaming app to get Android auto support. Now, the app joins Google Play music app, Apple Music and Spotify that already support Android Auto.

With this update, Gaana now allows drivers to have a distraction-free music listening experience in their cars. Gaana app also supports Android Auto’s voice search. So, users can search for songs and play just by voice commands.

Android Auto is Google software to run on vehicles and offers them several features including navigation, calls, SMS and Internet search. It also offers touch input as well as Google’s voice commands.
